Claudette Osborne Tyo has been missing since July 24/2008.
She was last seen leaving the Lincoln Hotel at 6 AM heading south on McPhillips in Winnipeg, MB.
She is 5'4, 130 Lbs,light brown hair with natural blonde highlights and green eyes.
She has a scar on the right side of her jaw line.
Claudette is a mother of 4 beautiful children who need her to tuck them in at night and tell them she loves them.
